FCGNS sells verified shipper and importer leads to freight forwarding businesses for B2B outreach purposes. All data is sourced from publicly available records.
Leads may be used for legitimate B2B sales outreach in compliance with CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and applicable privacy laws. You agree not to: (a) resell our leads, (b) use them for non-commercial spam, (c) violate the rights of contacted parties.
If a lead's contact information is materially incorrect (wrong company, dead phone, bounced email) report it within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
We verify leads but cannot guarantee any specific business outcome. Sales conversion depends on your offer, timing, and outreach quality.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using FCGNS at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
